Circuitronics is a premier electronic manufacturing services company catering to the needs of customers requiring high technology, reliability and quick-turn services in the industrial, energy, aerospace and defense and telecommunications markets. Circuitronics offers a complete suite of services, including system assembly, prototyping, supply chain solutions and advanced engineering services.

Asymblix is a market leading provider of quick-turn prototyping services for the electronic manufacturing services industry. Asymblix was an add-on acquisition for Circuitronics that provided prototyping services, enabling the combined platform to capture customers earlier in the supply chain process and provide cradle to grave services. LongWater fully integrated Asymblix into the Circuitronics operations, and they now operate as a single, combined entity.

After nearly five years of ownership, during which the company’s revenue and earnings grew at a compounded annual rate of more than 35% and 53%, respectively, LongWater successfully sold the company to a private equity firm.
