LongWater Opportunities Announces Acquisition of M3 Glass Technologies

Irving, Texas, November 10, 2015 — LongWater Opportunities, an operationally‐focused private equity firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is pleased to announce the acquisition of M3 Glass Technologies in partnership with the Mammen family (existing management and the founders). The Mammen family will retain meaningful ownership of the Company they built and will continue to manage the growth of M3 in partnership with LongWater.

Founded by J.H. and Lorene Mammen in 1956 in Irving, Texas, M3 Glass Technologies (www.m3glass.com) is a leading premium fabricator of architectural glass used across a variety of custom building and decorative applications throughout the U.S. and many countries around the world. Over the past 60 years, the Company has remained focused on staying ahead of the competition by putting the customer first and investing in the most progressive glass fabrication and decoration equipment in the world. Through its world‐class fabrication capabilities, which include tempering, bending, laminating, CNC fabrication, back painting, and direct to glass digital printing, M3 is able to present a turnkey product offering to its diverse customer base. The Company offers a wide range of custom glass products, including shower doors and panels, handrails, stair treads, flooring, decorative back painted and printed walls, heavy structural glass, and glass marker boards, among others. M3’s products can be found across many sectors, including single and multi‐family residential, office buildings, sports stadiums, hospitality and lodging, colleges and universities, and retail.

M3 Glass Technologies is the first investment in LongWater’s second equity fund.
