MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ben has over 13 years of credit experience and was most recently at RGA on the Private Debt & Equity team where he was a Managing Director and member of the Private Debt and Equity Investment Committee. Ben was responsible for originating, evaluating, and structuring direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments.

Prior to RGA, Ben was a relationship manager with CIBC Bank (formerly The PrivateBank) in St. Louis, Missouri, where he had over ten years of experience in underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management across a diverse set of industries, including both leveraged and non-leveraged transactions, working with both family and private equity owned businesses in the lower middle market. While at CIBC, Ben originated, underwrote and managed over $300M in senior credit facilities.

Ben received both his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in management and Bachelor of Science Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in accounting from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO.
