Paige Hall is the Operations Manager at LongWater, where she focuses on improving internal processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment across teams to help execute on company priorities.
Prior to joining LongWater, Paige worked at Airbus Americas, where she helped rebuild and scale the Learning and Development function across North America.
A Fargo, North Dakota native, Paige holds a B.S. in Spanish from North Dakota State University and an M.S. in Business from the Catholic University of America. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and reading.
