Mike McNulty
Mike is a Vice President at LongWater, bringing over nine years of experience in credit underwriting and public accounting.
Prior to joining LongWater, he was a Senior Associate at RGA on the Private Debt & Equity team, where he focused on evaluating, structuring, diligence, execution, and management of direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities, as well as fund investments.
Earlier in his career, Mike worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he managed and provided audit services to public and private companies across a broad range of industries, including publicly traded retail and consumer products companies and portfolio companies of middle-market private equity funds.
Mike received both a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSAcc) and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
