Leo joined LongWater Opportunities in 2025. Previously, he served as an Analyst at Bourne Partners, a Charlotte-based investment bank specializing in M&A for family-and founder-owned businesses, where he contributed to deal execution, financial analysis, and business development. Earlier in his career, Leo interned at Crestline Investors, supporting diligence efforts on new investments and assisting with post-close deal work.
Leo holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and an MS in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Based in Dallas, Leo enjoys spending time outdoors and following college football.
