Kerri Baldwin
Kerri brings over 20 years of experience in finance and institutional asset management. Prior to joining LongWater, she spent 18 years at BlackRock as a Vice President in the Institutional Client Business, based in both Chicago and St. Louis. While at BlackRock, she led global, cross-functional initiatives focused on marketing strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory coordination — working closely with senior leaders across the firm. Kerri collaborated with teams to improve content, technology, and internal processes that enhanced sales effectiveness and team performance. She also played a key role in brand governance and employee development, building scalable systems that enabled account managers to grow client investments and increase sales performance.
Kerri holds a B.A. in Marketing and Communications from University of Missouri – Columbia. She lives in St. Louis, Mo with her husband and 3 children.
