Jim Kerrigan

Jim Kerrigan is a Vice President on LongWater’s Private Equity team involved in all aspects of thesis development, deal evaluation, due diligence, and execution, while working closely alongside portfolio company management teams.

Prior to joining LongWater, Jim spent 10 years at Pharos Capital Group, a middle-market private equity firm in Dallas, where he was responsible for M&A execution and worked closely with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Earlier in his career, Jim began at Barclays Investment Bank in New York where he advised on sell-side M&A and carve out transactions across a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, distribution, and chemicals sub sectors. 

Jim holds a BSBA with a double-major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Jim lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
