Jill Cederberg
Jill Cederberg is the Director of Accounting and Chief Compliance Officer at LongWater, bringing over 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting across multiple leadership roles.
Prior to joining LongWater, Jill served as Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Sterling Management, where she led a team of accountants managing financial accounting and reporting responsibilities for a $1.3 billion real estate investment trust. Earlier in her career, Jill was an Associate in Eide Bailly’s audit practice in Fargo.
Jill values leadership development and peer collaboration, and has completed the FMWF Leadership Program (2019 – 2020) and Allegro Group’s “Women Who Lead-Mastermind” (2023), a program designed to empower leaders who seek to scale their impact through collaborative peer networks.
Jill holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and is a licensed CPA. She lives in Fargo with her husband, Cody.
