Emily Holmes
Emily Holmes is the Director of Finance at LongWater, where she oversees financial reporting, fund operations, and finance infrastructure across the firm’s private credit platforms. She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s investment vehicles and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and controls.
Prior to joining LongWater, Emily served as Director of Investment Accounting at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), where she led a team responsible for investment reporting across GAAP, statutory, and offshore frameworks. Her experience includes supporting complex investment portfolios and enhancing reporting processes within highly regulated environments.
Emily began her career in the financial services audit practice at KPMG in Dallas, Texas.
Emily holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
