Bobby Astrup
Bobby Astrup is a Vice President on LongWater’s Private Equity team responsible for leading the team’s thesis generation and business development efforts.
Prior to joining LongWater, Bobby served as an Associate at Point 41 Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he was responsible for M&A execution and business development in the specialty industrials and services sectors.
Earlier in his career, Bobby began at Hennepin Partners, a middle-market investment bank based in Minneapolis, where he focused on sell-side mandates across the industrials and business services sectors, working with entrepreneurs, family-held businesses, and private equity firms.
Bobby holds a B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Originally from Warroad, Minnesota, Bobby is based in Fargo.
